Have you seen Wang Wang?

This Shih Tzu has been missing since yesterday (Oct 23). Have you seen him?

STOMPer Lay Hiang says:

“My friend's dog was lost at Phoenix Garden, near Teck Whye, yesterday at 8pm.

“The dog’s name is Wang Wang and it is a white Shih Tzu with light brown patches.

“If found, kindly contact/ return to Steve at 9793 3259 or Juliana at 9431 0938.”

these kinds of dogs even if ppl find surely they want to keep it for themselves. usually the small cute ones or the even the bigger pure breeds if they get lost, usually ppl will just take in and keep.

Another dog gone missing?!
I do not understand why people choose to off-lead their dogs.
This would never have happened if the dog is leashed when in public and/or all doors properly latched when at home.
