Is this a road or a river? Water from construction site floods road in Clementi
STOMPer Jas says overflowing muddy water pooled at a construction site at Clementi Avenue 4 and flooded half the road there. The flooding had occurred after heavy rain this morning (Feb 27).
The STOMPer wrote:
"The heavy rain causes the muddy water from a DBSS construction site in Clementi Avenue 4 to flow out and flood half of the road."

wow,i live here. I think the choe is B'cos they are covering up the storm drains further up near blk 320.They're now covering up all storm drans in sg after the boy who fell in and drown last year

The drains must be probably not be working well again...They need to clean the drains everyday.
