Carpark completed 2 months ago but residents not allowed to use it
STOMPer Al wondered why a completed carpark at New Upper Changi Road has been closed of for use by residents and visitors.
Said the STOMPer:
"The carpark at the junction of New Upper Changi Road and Bedok South Ave 1 has been completed for more than two months now, but residents and visitors are still not allowed to use it.
"The entrance is still barricaded but the lights are switched on every night.
"I wonder what is stopping the authorities from allowing the carpark to be used?
"There is also a sign which states that it is a temporary carpark and will be removed when the site is required for future development.
"Are there any carparks in Singapore that will not be subject to future development?"
