Wobby flat window: This is why you shouldn't linger under HDB blocks

STOMPer gaaraa says the resident of this flat refuses to fix his wobbly window, despite the fact it could fall onto someone walking below.

The STOMPer wrote:

"This window pane could fall, posing a great danger to others.

"The men living opposite my block refuses to fix his window even though the neighbours complain.

"This is a danger to pedestrians walking below."

It's just a "simple" issue of replacing the corroded aluminium rivets with stainless steel ones, right ?

Or perhaps it may not be as simple as it seems. The house-owner might be in financial difficulties, & have to choose rice over rivets.

Or if the flat is leased out, the tenant (or sub-tenants) might not even care enough to report the hazard to the house-owner.
