Man takes water from RC senior citizens' corner to wash MPV

A STOMPer has been seeing a man taking pails of water from the Residents' Committee to wash his car. The STOMPer says this has been going on for a few years.

Said the STOMPer:

"On Feb 1, 2012 at 4.55pm, I spotted a man washing his MPV at the carpark of Block 619 Hougang Ave 8.

"He fetched a few pails of water from the RC Senior Citizens' Corner at Blk 619.

"This has been going on for years and no action has been taken against this person till today."

whats wrong with using RC senior citizen water? who will like to carry water up and down few times just to wash car? carrying it up & down is more tiring den washing car..
