West Coast Town Council has advised a resident to remove the basins with crockery placed on the window ledge of a flat at Block 85 Telok Blangah Heights. STOMPer Li had previously made a post in regards to this issue, which prompted the Town Council to take action.
A West Coast Town Council spokesperson said:
"We refer to the STOMP posting 'Potential killer litter: Basins with crockery on window ledge of HDB flat', made on the 25th of January.
"West Coast Town Council has advised the resident to remove the basins with crockery placed on the window ledge of a flat at Block 85 Telok Blangah Heights.
"We have done a check on the 27th of January and found that the items have been removed.
"We would like to thank STOMPer Li for his feedback.
"We would also like to take this opportunity to residents with maintenance feedback that they can contact us at the following numbers and email addresses, so that the issue can be promptly looked into."
