Why so selfish? Family keeps supermarket trolley -- in car boot

STOMPer Collin was surprised to see a supermarket trolley that was in an unusual place. However, instead of being abandoned along the road or chained to a gate, it was in the boot of someone's car.

Said the STOMPer:

"FairPrice trolley seen in car boot.

"I was surprised to see a trolley in the boot of this Subaru Forestor that was parked beside my car.

"The misuse of supermarket trolleys isn't something new in Singapore, but finding one in a car boot is unheard of as yet...until now.

"How ugly we (Singaporeans) can be when we are selfish.

"And it doesn't seem to me that this person feels any guilt since the trolley in the boot is quite a 'public' display."

seriously it is time for supermarkets to take actions against those inconsiderate people as things gets more and more serious.

NTUC Fairprice's soft education campaign is a complete failure no doubt. Only with the possibilities of getting fined or even prosecuted will deter most if not all of them.
