STOMPer Felicia was annoyed with a family gambling outside their flat at Tampines Avenue 5, Block 921. They were laughing and screaming till the wee hours of the morning.
The STOMPer elaborates:
"My family and I were extremely disturbed by this family from the third floor of Block 921, Tampines Ave 5.
"They were playing blackjack right outside their house.
"They were rowdy, laughing loudly and screaming periodically.
"This went on all the way till the wee hours in the morning.
"Even though we stay in the opposite block, we could hear them all night.
"Both my parents couldn't get any sleep because of the noises they made.
"When we lodged a complaint with Tampines NPC, they mentioned that they will only take action upon receiving more complaints from the residents located there.
"We sincerely hope that they will take action in regard to this issue as soon as possible."
