Is this allowed? Man uses fire hose at Senja Link carpark to wash his car

A man was caught by a STOMPer using the fire hose at a multi-storey carpark to wash his car today (Jan 1). This left the STOMPer wondering if using the fire hose for such matters was allowed.

The resident was pictured using the pressure of the water from the fire hose and cleaning the tyres of his car before reeling it back into its casing.

The STOMPer wrote:

"This was at the top floor of Block 651A Senja Link.
