Monkey spotted in Jurong West -- will it cause a nuisance to neaby residents?

STOMPer Leonard was worried that a monkey he saw on a railing at Jurong West Street 61 earlier today (Dec 30) might pose a nuisance to residents nearby.

The STOMPer wrote:

“I was walking towards Pioneer Mall when I came across this monkey at Jurong West Street 61.

"It looked like it was searching for food in the area.

“There were other people around who were taking photos of the monkey and there was even some who fed it some food.

“I'm worried that it'll be a nuisance and invade the homes of residents nearby.”
