Strong winds nearly uproot tree in Serangoon park

STOMPer Timothy spotted a tree at a park in Serangoon that was nearly uprooted due to strong winds on Sunday night (Dec 25). The tree is now slanted in a precarious angle.

The STOMPer wrote:

"This tree at Kampong Park @ Serangoon nearly toppled over due to strong winds on the night of Christmas day (Dec 25)."
