STOMPer Tim saw a group of primary school children playing soccer under a void deck in Ang Mo Kio, despite a 'no ball games' sign which was prominently displayed. Furthermore, they ignored him when he tried to get them to stop.
Said the STOMPer:
"These primary school students were playing soccer under a void deck in Ang Mo Kio, where there was a table-tennis table.
"My friend and I wanted to play table-tennis there, but they took our space.
"There was a sign stating very clearly that there should not be any soccer-playing or other ball games under the void deck.
"They were also playing along the corridors.
"My friend and I tried to tell them not to play, but they continued still.
"I feel that it is very inconsiderate of them to do this even when I tried to tell them to stop."
