Light fixture dangles dangerously in walkway near schools

STOMPer Passer-by was concerned to see a ceiling light that was dangling dangerously at a walkway near two schools.

Wrote the STOMPer:

"Lurking danger from ceiling.

"This light fixture was seen dangling at Block 445 Tampines today.

"Nearby are 2 schools and this walkway is frequently used.

"Where is the town council maintenance?"
