Beat-up car now a storeroom on wheels for owner?

This damaged car appears to have been converted into a storeroom by its owner. STOMPer Bryan Chua spotted it in a carpark at Serangoon North Avenue 1 and did not think the car was roadworthy.

The STOMPer said:

"How can the owner drive this car when its condition is so bad.

"It's also packed with various items.

If car had paid vehicle licence and has a season ticket, it can parked there in any condition. A lot of HDB market stallholders also use method to put their lorries at the HDB carpark near their stalls as storage spaces for their goods. Nothing illegal on it.
