This pump room, left unlocked at a block of flats in Jurong West, brought to mind the recent death of a Indonesian maid for STOMPer Michael. The woman's corpse had been found floating in a rooftop water tank in Woodlands.
The STOMPer wrote:
"This pump room at Block 276a Jurong West Street 25 is left unlocked most of the time.
"I think the authorities never learned from their earlier mistake, when a woman's body was found in a water tank in Woodlands."
