Watch out! Pedestrian hurt by wire left behind by workers on AMK walkway

STOMPer TabQ's foot was stabbed by a wire that was left discarded on a walkway near the Park Central apartments in Ang Mo Kio. There were a lot more such wires strewn on the walkway, apparently left after workers dismantled the hoarding along the walkway.

The STOMPer said:

"I was on the way to a friend's house in Ang Mo Kio and walking past this newly completed building.

"The hoarding has just been torn down, and there were cemented paint containers left over with lots of metal wire thrown on the pathway.

"The wires were used to secure the fence.

"I stepped on one of them and my foot bled. I had to ask a passer-by for tissue paper.

"Watch out when you use this pathway along Street 51, near the Park Central apartments in Ang Mo Kio."
