These foreign did not have ladders to help them reach the crossbar of this swing, so they improvised with dustbins instead. Unprofessional or innovative? You decide.

Stupid stomper. They are paid so little a month they can never be termed as professionals no matter how well they do. Will you bother to praise them if they do well? You know know how to stomp them standing on dustbins.

Nothing new lah! I have seen workers from Jurong Town Council using bins as ladder to repair ceiling light as well.
