More carpark suntanning? Guy strips to underwear and lies down on rooftop

STOMPer Steven spotted this man lying down on the rooftop of a multi-storey carpark at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5 this morning (Jun 2) and promptly contacted the neighbourhood police.

The man's pants and motorcycle helmet are neatly laid out beside him.

It appears that many are taking advantage of the open rooftops of multi-storey carparks, which are mostly vacant in the day, to get their perfect tan.

The STOMPer reports:

"On Jun 2 at 10.45am, I spotted a male lying down at the Block 486a multi-storey carpark at level 6a.

"The police of Chua Chu Kang NPC (Neighbourhood Police Centre) have been contacted to check on the man."

What wrong is with singaporean hiding in the well? Call the NPC for disturbing a man enjoying his leisure at a unused open space?

Singaporeans should try to sun tan themselves at the roof of multi-storey carpark instead of going to the beaches to do so as most of the carparks seems dead :/

To me it would appear that Singaporean in general is nothing but a bunch of complain "Kings and Queens" who is selfish, arrogant and crybaby all the time.
