So dangerous! Young man rides motorised bicycle recklessly without helmet

STOMPer zenithboy saw a young man riding a motorised bicycle recklessly on the road without a helmet this evening (May 29). The STOMPer wonders whether this is allowed.

Said the STOMPer:

"This person was riding recklessly on a motorised bicycle without a helmet.

"Is this allowed?"

Thats a cool ride,....
Anybody have any idea where I can one of alike,... do comment,.. c",)

On your comment, this electric bike must be at a max of 200W and approved by LTA, and yes being LTA approve, a helmet is required, however as in riding recklessly, based on your picture, he seems to be adhering to traffic regulations. Frankly, I know of more reckless Drivers and Riders in Cars and on Motorbikes that should be more of concern since damages caused by those form of vehicle are far more fatal compared to these electric bikes. Cheers c",)
