Every day, STOMPer Mdm Yeo is 'greeted by a flying diaper'. Sometimes it lands on her plants, or on the grass verge in front of her unit at Woodlands.
She tells us more about it (May 12):
"We are greeted by a flying diaper every day.
"I wonder what can be done to stop this litterbug.
"This is at Block 511 Woodlands Drive 14.
"I live on the ground level and we find the neighbours upstairs tend to throw things down.
"Sometimes we have tissue paper, but for a few months every day, the neighbours throw down a soiled diaper.
"Even the cleaners are complaining about it.
"Sometimes it lands on our plants, sometimes it lands on the grass verge outside our unit.
"We are not too sure who did this, so we cannot confront them, but we are considering telling the town council about it."
