Crutch 'parked' at MRT bicycle parking rack: Is owner using it to get seats on train?

How is the owner of this crutch getting around if his walking aid is locked to the bicycle parking rack at Buangkok MRT, STOMPer Deepy wonders. Perhaps he only needs it to get a seat during the peak hour rush, he says.

Furthermore, the bicycle rack is not for safekeeping of items other than bicycles.

Deepy says in a contribution:

"I noticed his unusual sight at Buangkok MRT's bicycle parking rack on Friday evening (February 18).

"Is this suppose to be there?

"Singaporeans are just too 'kiasu'.

"I guess the person was too energetic that he could walk without the crutches!

"Why did he need to park his crutch there? Is it allowed there?

"I do not think so.

"Maybe this fellow just uses crutches in the morning to get priority seats during rush hour!

"How low Singaporeans can be!

"Now you know why we need so many bicycle lots at the MRT station".

This is What really happened.
The cost of HDB flats are just too high now days.
Therefore the person could not afford a House big enough to fit his/her crutches.
