What is this white liquid which flows into Bishan Park canal every day?

According to STOMPer chickenlittle, a whitish substance would flow out of a nearby drain opening and contaminate the fresh water in Bishan Park canal every day.

"The whitish fluid is such an eyesore," the STOMPer said.

"Almost everyday, a whitish substance would flow out from the nearby drain opening and contaminate the fresh water in the Bishan Park canal.

"Don't you think that something should be done about it if the park is going to be open to the public soon?

"Furthermore, it is an eyesore to the residents who live near the canal.

"Can someone please do something about it?"

Eww!! This water goes into our reservoirs and the marina barrage! I hope I don't drink it and I pray for the marine life in it. Ugh.

That's actually semen.
They come from used condoms which were thrown away.
The companies squeeze the semen out and then reuse the condoms to save cost.

Some drivers must have dump away soya bean milk into the drain and therefore,u will see the white liquid everyday.Reason,i seen these soya bean drivers did this act is because, the milk become sour or they overturn the milk n therefore they dump the remainings in the drain.
