Sign reads 'Fine: $ 000'

STOMPer Naomi was amused to see this strange sign on an overhead bridge. The sign prohibits riding there and carries a fine of '$ 000'.

Naomi writes:

"I came across this signage on an overhead bridge.

"The number '1' was either teared off or dropped."
