aiyo the contractor should be working closely with TC and don't tell me they don't do any upgrage to common area. even not contractor problem oso can help tell TC right. you should let everyone know who this contractor is, not helpful at all leh.

Those who commented otherwise have not encountered the "wonderful gift of PAP Wards" & praised the govt as if these are gifts from heavens.

When the MUP votes are called, everyone get excited. But when it starts, everyone in the area gets inconvenienced, stacking, stagging, large vehicles moving in and out, foreign workers walking around the place as if the flats are their own kampong.

When the all the works are done, the toilets becomes clogged after you flushed and the sinks stinks with smells.

Who do you call then? The Town Council and how do they answer. "Sorry, the area within your flat does not fall within our purview. You have to call your own contractor." Or "Sorry, the MUP has not been handed over yet, please contact the MUP Office".

Well, contact the MUP office and they said it is the Town Council, so how do you solve this problem? I think STOMP is the answer. Thanks to SPH!
