STOMPer TampResident spotted these students with messy attire playing noisily at a playground in Tampines. According to the STOMPer, a few of these boys even ran around proudly without tucking in their shirts.
The STOMPer said in an email:
"I was at my grandmother's house,Tampines Street 43 Blk 495D, when I heard loud laughter and screaming at around 3.35pm.
"I even heard loud banging sounds.
"I looked out of the window and saw this group of upper secondary school boys from Loyang Secondary School (which is situated nearby), banging the playground equipment and laughing loudly.
"They were making a lot of noise. I believed some residents were disturbed.
"They had very messy attire. One boy even took off his top.
"A few others tucked out their shirts and ran around proudly.
"Also, don't these students need to study?"
