STOMPer Lena says she has to be very careful when she walks past this flat in Bedok as there are lots of loose hanging bamboo poles above.

In an email to STOMP today (Feb 28), the STOMPer says:

"This picture was taken at Bedok Reservoir Block 150.

"I have to look out whenever I walk pass.

"People have forgotten about killer litter."
