A China national uses the upper deck of this multi storey carpark as her own personal backyard, by using empty parking lots to dry her bedsheets and other laundry.

According to STOMPer Sean, a particular woman would occupy the few parking lots on the top deck, just to dry her clothes.

“She probably doesn’t even pay for any parking lot, since she looks like she doesn’t have a car,” he wrote in an email to STOMP.

“The important thing to note was that she was occupying more than one parking lot.”

The STOMPer added: "This occurs at a multi-storey carpark at Kovan and I have no idea how long she has been this way as whenever I go to the top of the deck (which has been twice so far), it is then that I see her hanging her clothes at the top deck.

Adamgarcia, perhaps if you keep your mouth shut you might appear smarter.

not having cars there when she was being inconsiderate doesn't mean that cars will not arrive later. afterall, the fact that she wasn't in the photos shows she probably wasn't sitting there all ready to remove her disgusting laundry when cars need to park in the lots.

so you can't say that there was no harm done. moreover, who's to say that people hadn't TRIED to park in those lots & couldn't because she was already being an inconsiderate prick having her rubbish in those lots that she didn't pay for?

Sometimes when one has too much free time in hands and living the good lives, one can just find the least important thing to bicker about. They hang clothes , u can hang something else to compete with them or just be creative to send a signal of yr intended message. Government says think out of the BOX. Not living in the cupboard box, ok? ;)

Hate the sin but love the sinners. The issue here is unauthorised clothes hanging. Pls keep nationalities out. Some Singaporeans will probably do the same, like those staying on ground floor HDB?
