A bird lover at Block 314 Yishun Ring Road is a nuisance to his neighbours on the lower floors as fur, food and waste products from the cages falls to the lower floors.
STOMPer Vincent is fed up with the debris from the pets falling into this home and wrote in an email to STOMP:
“Please help and advise, about what I should do?
“I had talked to my neighbour and was ignored.
“I made complaints to the town council a few times but no feedback or action taken from them.”
The STOMPer recounted:
“The neighbour loves to hang birdcages outside their kitchen windows.
“But they cause a lot of inconvenience to my family 24 hours, 7 days a week.
“The cages are always stationed at the window area, slightly higher or lower area.
“The fur, food and waste products from their pet birds keep falling off the cages and landed in my kitchen area, bathroom area, window panels and my newly washed laundry.”
