STOMPer shivahaymas was appalled to see this schoolboy making a lot of noise and damaging public property while kicking a ball around at a HDB void deck.

In an email to STOMP today (Feb 21), the STOMPer says:

"It is common to see schoolboys play ball at HDB void decks.

"This boy, likely from a school in Choa Chu Kang Central, was creating noise and damaged public property (ceiling fluorescent tube).

"He continued to play despite the camera being on him. Hope the school can do something."
