STOMPer KT feels that town councils should 'send people to the gallows' for littering, considering how effective they are in culling strays after someone complained about the cats in his neighbourhood.

The STOMPer related: "When I read the story about Aljunied Town Council's immediate action onto stray cats when they saw STOMPer Chua complained to STOMP, I realized that town councils are that efficient to quickly catch those stray cats, who cannot defend themselves against powerful human beings, and send them to AVA for culling.

"On the other hand, town councils are found out to be inefficient when they deal with irresponsible but powerful and superior human beings who litter around as and when or where they like.

"The photo shows the HDB estate full of litter thrown by human beings. Why not HDB and TC take a swift action to catch those human beings and put them to gallows?"
