STOMPer guzhengz witnessed this woman screaming and stomping on the roof of a stationary taxi at Hougang Avenue 9 this morning (Feb 16).

According to the STOMPer, the woman went on to lie down on the road, halting traffic for a while before the police arrived on the scene to take her away.

"I heard loud stomping noises from my 15th story flat this morning and I came out to witness this scene.

"The woman seems to be screaming and shouting in a mix of Mandarin and English at the cab driver and vehicles that drove past.

"She went on to lie down on the road. This stopped traffic before the police arrived to take her away.

"This whole commotion lasted about 15 minutes and there were a lot of onlookers."

Nay,life experience do tell us another side of woman character,sound-mind female can become unreasonable,rowdy,outrageous,fighty without any good reason! its like weather,tis moment its sunny,next moment become thunderstorm w/o any warning! probably its their monthly period arrival, whatever te cause,tis prove woman still need 2b restrain by imposing equal sentence like man,such caning in order 2preserve SOCIAL STABILITY,more so in SG context,with higher female population..

The Strait Times reported yesterday that the lady who took this video clip heard that the Vietnamese lady was yelling out in Chinese but she couldn't make anything out of it.
I think Vietnamese people don't speak Chinese and I think she was yelling out in Vietnamese!
