Daring man pees openly outside North Point and flashes passers-by

STOMPer Maung was shocked when he spotted this man peeing on the open field outside North Point in Yishun. He even bared his private parts as passers-by of all ages walked past.
What amazed Maung was that this man didn't seem to care about the stares he was attracting.
On January 24, STOMPer Maung says:
"This guy was 'passing water' near Yishun North Point and Yishun Police Station.
"He didn't care who was nearby.
"He seemed like he was drunk. After 'passing water', he turned, showed and shook his genitals in full view of girls nearby before zipping up.
"So amazing as he dared to do so in public."

Why is it everytime a stomper writes in a story about a chinese man - hes regarded a foreign? Come on people, he might be Singaporean born chinese. Like what peterrong67 said' lowly educated ah beng' Dont always judge a book by its cover. Its damn annoying.
