Action should be taken against these litterbugs!
A STOMPer says authorities should take action against residents who always litter at the letterbox area of Blk 21 Dover Crescent.
In an email to STOMP yesterday (Nov 17), the STOMPer says:
“It’s time for NEA to take action against the people who litter at Blk 21 Dover Crescent.
“People are always littering between 6pm to 8pm at the letterbox area.”

Please note that enforcement on litterbugs comes under the purview of The National Environment Agency (NEA), not the Town Councils!

Yes..i think TOWN COUNCIL is sleeping or don't border. My place BLK 383 to 391 Bt. Batok West Ave 5 also have this problem. Feedback to HONG KAH TOWN COUNCIL many many times but not action taken.
