Bamboo pole rests precariously between two storeys, endangering passers-by below

A gust of wind could send this bamboo pole crashing to the ground 13 storeys below, says a STOMPer, who spotted the object resting dangerously outside two units in Lengkok Bahru.
The sender wonders who would be responsible if an accident occurs.
The worried STOMPer says:
"I spotted this pole dangling between the 12th and 13th floors at Blk 55 in Lengkok Bahru.
"If this bamboo pole were to drop and hit someone, who is to blame?"

Are you trying to be funny? "The sender wonders who would be responsible if an accident occurs". OF COZ ITS YOU! You should have been a good Samaritan and informed the owner of that flat, that a bamboo pole is dangling precariously from his/her kitchen window! You failed in doing that and came here to STOMP!
