So many dead cockroaches seen at HDB void deck after disinfection
Tweet
Look at the number of cockroaches in this HDB block, says STOMPer Sally, who was shocked to see so many of these dead insects after Town Council cleaners disinfected the area.
This STOMPer says:
"The Town Council cleaners had just finished disinfecting the area.
"This drove all the cockroaches out of their hiding place.
"Hundreds of roaches were seen outside the rubbish bin as well as the area around the void deck.
"Really pity those living on the first two floors in the estate.
"The cockroaches could easily climb up to their houses."

I thought the fumigation or fogging I would say kills only mosquitoes? Anyway, good that all these pest nonsense is exterminated, always a nuisance when I got rubbish to throw down the rubbish chute.

At least your HDB block is cleared of roaches for now. There's one time i walk past a few blocks of void decks and somehow i think they disinfect the area. BUT what i saw was LIVE roaches swarming around the area. Damn gross. Apparently the TC in that area only purges out all those roaches instead of killing them. =.=

Errrrmmm..I thought that is the purpose of fumigation and disinfection. If you don't see dead insects after doing it, then something must be wrong.

uncle antiracist, i tink Sally can also be trying to say majority of the cockroaches must be breeding and roaming around the lower floor all the time as they are closer to the rubbish bins.
