Screws left on ground after opening of a park connector in Choa Chu Kang

A STOMPer wonders who should be blamed for the dangerous screws left sticking out of the ground after the official opening of the Park Connector Network in Choa Chu Kang.

Should it be the National Parks or the Town Council's responsibility?

Says this STOMPer:

"I found this public hazard late this afternoon at one section of the Park Connector Network at Choa Chu Kang, adjacent to Pioneer JC.

"Before anyone tripped and fell, I photographed this and returned the plastic bollards into its proper place but without the nuts to the ground bolts.

"Is this carelessness part of National Parks or the Town Councils?"
