STOMPer Jiaxin's upstairs neighbour habitually hangs wet laundry out to dry, making it impossible for her to dry her own laundry.
The STOMPer wrote:
"I was dismayed after I saw how inconsiderate my neighbour from upstairs was.
"Her laundry was still wet and she just hung them out without thinking about the other occupants.
"The video attached shows how ridiculous her bedsheet that she hung out on the bamboo was dripping.
"Please tell me whether this behaviour is acceptable.
"My family member has even went up and told her how much inconvenience her actions has caused to our lives - because of her dripping laundry, we are unable to hang our clothes out to dry, but even after numerous tries of explaining to her, she does not make any effort in changing."

i think he/she will learn .
Maybe you should ask her nicely and explain the situation. If it doesn't work, try the town council.
If all else fails, maybe you could just hang your stuff out on days/at times when she's not hanging her stuff out.
I face a similar situation too.

think is high time HDB/town council/branch office hold a meeting to consider my "silly" proposal to hire those who are retired, unemployed, housewife, etc from other estate and put them in charge of few blocks to check on all this inconsiderate peoples and advise them not to place too many junk things outsdie their flats. Is also better to set a limit of how many items and plants they are allowed to put outside the corridor and those who exceeded the nos allowed will be warned 1st and stubborn ones will be fined.Do we want accident to happen before action is taken.
