Young boy dangles legs from 4th storey railing, but his mum's not bothered
STOMPer Iwan sent in a photo that shows a boy sitting on the railing on the fourth storey of a block of flats in Ang Mo Kio.
Said the STOMPer:
"Boy sitting on the fourth storey railing.
"His mother doesn't even care that her child could fall...
"This happened at Block 224 Ang Mo Kio a few days ago, in the early evening.
"His mother carried him onto the railing and left him there, although she was just beside him.
"It's dangerous of her to do som and this is not the first time they have done this."

could it be a mother or could it be a maid. i am not surprised if the maid do that just to tame the boy from running around the house.
