China flag hangs over parapet of Hougang flat -- just beside that of Singapore's
A flag of China hanging over the parapet of a flat in Hougang Avenue 3 caught the attention of STOMPer Patrick.
The STOMPer wrote:
"Saw this China flag at Block 25 Hougang Ave 3 throughout the past week.
