Army guy in uniform lights up cigarette at Yishun void deck
STOMPer Sonic spotted this man in army uniform lighting up a cigarette at the void deck of Block 776, Yishun Avenue 2, despite the ban on smoking in public areas.
The STOMPer wrote:
"This man was smoking while wearing army uniform
"I thought you can't even light a cigarette while in uniform? That's what I was taught when I was in NS last time.
"Why this guy is smoking here?"
