Why are all these supermart trolleys parked at Jurong West pavement?

STOMPer Suparman spotted a row of NTUC trolleys left on the sidewalk of a pavement on Jurong West Street 65, just in front of Jurong Secondary School.

The STOMPer writes:

"This train of NTUC trolleys left on the sidewalk.

"Guess how many?"
