How did toy scooter land on top of sheltered walkway in Eunos?

STOMPer caringsoul spotted a toy scooter on top of the sheltered walkway in Eunos. The STOMPer feels that it could fall and hurt someone.

Said the STOMPer:

"Risking people's lives, toy scooter on top of sheltered walkway.

"Someone threw a toy scooter onto the sheltered walkway in Eunos, which can fall down anytime and injure someone.

"Whoever who did this, please be considerate and please don't do this kind of act."
