So dangerous! Teens climb onto high-rise structure in Sengkang and run around it
Two youths who climbed over a concrete wall designed to block access to a shelter-like structure in Sengkang, and went on to run around on top of it, irked STOMPer Putri, who feels that they were putting themselves in harm's way.
The STOMPer wrote:
"I came across these two teenagers playing on this high-rise structure at Compassvale Road.
"They made it to the structure by going to the second floor of the HDB block, and then climbing over a concrete wall that was supposed to block access to it.
"I saw the teenagers running around the structure -- it's very dangerous of them to do this.
"Not only that, they may set a bad example for younger kids with such behaviour."
