Mischievous teens lay out fire hose on HDB carpark roof

STOMPer MR spotted a group of teens laying out the fire hose on the roof of this HDB multi-storey carpark. He feels they are being irresponsible to be playing with firefighting equipment.

The STOMPer wrote:

"These teenagers were spotted playing with the fire hose.

"How irresponsible they are."
