Sudden rise in water level in Choa Chu Kang canal worries jogger
STOMPer Christina was surprised to find the canal along Brickland Road, in the Choa Chu Kang area, filled to the quarter-mark when she was jogging there, as there was no rain in the area.

"The whole canal was flooded at the quarter mark even though it was not raining!"
