Jurong block turns into unofficial trolley return point

Too lazy to return your shopping trolley? Residents of this block of flats in Jurong West have designated this block as their unofficial trolley return point.

"Apparently a 'new' trolley return point has been set up there.

"Quite an effective way to get your money returned if one is too lazy to push back the trolley or do something else to get the dollar out.

"It's 'easier' for the supermarket nearby to locate their lost trolleys too!"

at least these unconsiderate users are considerate enough to park them at an 'orderly' manner.

The only way to deal with these inconsiderate people is to take actions against them, fine or even prosecute them if necessary but sadly supermarkets prefers to close one eye.

The supermarket management has no time for such issue...they know somehow the issues can be resolved by itself as shown in the photo. It's Cheaper, Better and Faster to go the NTUC way.
