When STOMPer Arvind called Rite Pizza's Keat Hong branch to inform them of a mix up in his delivery, the branch manager insisted on sending an employee over to check if they were lying.
The STOMPer says:
"Rite Pizza's service is not right.
"We were having a dinner party and had ordered two Rite's pizzas, one barbeque and one super spicy chicken.
"However, the latter order did not come out 'rite'. We believe what was delivered instead was healthy veggie.
"When we contacted the Keat Hong branch, the employee who attended to us provided a very logical solution, to send a replacement.
"However, 2 minutes later, we got a call from the employee saying that her manager decided she would send a representative to 'check' if we were lying about our report.
"If we were right, they would make us wait double the time by going back to the outlet, collecting the order and then bringing it back all the way to Yew tee.
"Their manager, Helen, had the audacity to 'claim' that there was CCTV footage of them getting it 'rite'.
"They questioned our integrity. The manager only agreed to send us a replacement pizza when we suggested paying for the replacement if we were wrong.
"The service here obviously was not 'rite'."

All companies have their own policy. When any of our staff make mistakes, we will definitely make a replacement for the customer and penalize the staff. However, we definitely do not accuse customers of lying.
