STOMPer Damien went to Suntec City on Saturday to check out the deals at the electronics fair but ended up seeing security shouting that they would slap people and hauling shoppers out of the queue.
Said the STOMPer:
"Suntec City $88 madness.
"Just thought I'd pop by and see what the $88 that was introduced on the front page of the newspaper was all about.
"I headed down around 10+am. Knowing such stuff will always end up in long queues and I was never a fan of one, I tried nevertheless.
"What started out as a normal man-made queue was dismissed by the management and I heard them shouting to chase off everyone.
"They even shouted, 'Leave this place or I'll give you a slap'.
"What happened next was more disturbing. The supposed security staff of Suntec grabbed and pulled people out off the queue.
"Are hooligans and ruffians in charge of Suntec security now?
"Do people deserve this kind of treatment?
"I thought Singapore is a first-class country with first-class services. I'm appalled."

he thinks that he is 'speaking up' for some poor foreigners / shoppers but on actual fact he just portrays himself as a pathetic soul caught up in his unicorn world of happy endings, ignorant to the fact that security officers have a tough time doing their job with that lot of kiasu ppl & underhand ppl like him who dares not confront, only dares to Stomp.
