STOMPer Jack has been trying to call through to AirAsia for a week without success. Each time he makes a call, he has to wait at least 30 minutes while an automated voice message is repeated.
He elaborates:
"AirAsia customer service hotline has serious manpower shortage!
"I have been trying to call Air Asia for one week, at different timings and on different days to help my girlfriend buy luggage space for her ticket booking as she did not buy them previously when she booked the tickets.
"I have had to wait at least 30 minutes each time I make a call, and all the while it will just keep repeating "All our customer service representatives are currently busy".
"After 3 days of numerous calls, an operator answered my call, asking me to leave my contact details as they have no one free to pick up my phone calls.
"They promised to call back within 24 hours. However, till today, after I have waited 106 hours, I still have not received a return call.
"As I was writing this post, I was still calling AirAsia and I had already waited for an hour."

My girlfriend flight departing on the 22nd of January and I will have a few more days to try my luck. What if the other customers are urgently needed to make some enquries ? Worse of all, they do not have any service centre in Singapore. All their service centre is in Malaysia. ZZZZZzzzzzzZZzz
