A STOMPer apparently made a reservation at a restaurant in United Square, but was yelled at and chased away by the restaurant supervisor when he and his friends sat down to enjoy their buffet.

Said the STOMPer:

"We made a reservation for 18 at Vienna, United Square on Tuesday (Aug 30).

"We were enjoying our buffet when we met this supervisor who had an attitude problem.

"Our soup orders were served initially by other staff and this supervisor started yelling at us saying that the place we were sitting at were reserved seats.

"Ya, we reserved them. She chased three of my friends away and continued yelling as if the seat allocation became the customers' fault.

"She totally spoiled the whole dinner and we stood up and walked off to head for another restaurant.

"This attitude-problem supervisor continued her yelling and chased us up to the main road and demanded her photo back as we took some of them.

"We did made payment for 10 pax for this twenty-minute buffet.

"We gave in and decided not to create a dispute there as this supervisor turned it ugly.

"Where is the customer-first mindset and the effort to solve customers' problems instead of yelling away?

"Vienna is a reputable restaurant and yet its image is spoiled by this kind of staff.

"No apology was made and we had to pay for such service. It's a total disgrace!"
